Biking Riding And Low Sperm Quality
According to a new study bike riding can cause poor quality sperm in men and is not recommended for men trying to have children. The study found that men who ride a bike for more than 5 hours a week have fewer sperm and lower quality sperm than men who do not ride a bike. This may be due a temperature increase in the scrotum or trauma to the scrotum caused by biking.
